At Fran Flanagan Group at COMPASS, the safety and health of our family and clients is our #1 Priority. We are carefully following the local, state, and federal requirements which are changing on a daily basis. Recently, Residential Real Estate, including closing services, was deemed to be an essential service, allowing us to continue to help our clients make offers, list properties, and close them as well!
Our agents are still practicing "Safer at Home" rules, leaving our homes only for VITAL errands. For our clients, we are suspending in-person Open Houses showings, and we expect these guidelines to be in effect until at least the end of April.
Lucky for us, we can do nearly everything virtually, including ZOOM video conferences, electronic signatures, Virtual Open Houses, and virtual showings.
