Fran Flanagan is one of the most respected real estate agents in the business. Throughout her more than four decade career in Los Angeles, she has been involved in literally thousands of transactions.

Fran’s sales career focuses on estates in Pacific Palisades including the Riviera. Over the years, she has represented more properties in the Riviera than any other realtor. Her client list contains some of the most famous names in Los Angeles, celebrities, and bi-coastal and international buyers and sellers. Her client base has grown to include referrals of family members and colleagues of clients and relocating clients who are downsizing. This enlarges her circle to all price ranges, including starter homes and condos.

Fran Flanagan’s passion for real estate is matched by her love for Pacific Palisades, which she has called home for fifty years. “I believe it is the best community in Los Angeles. Pacific Palisades is a small town in a big city.” She is known as an “agent’s agent” and ambassador for Pacific Palisades, networking consistently with other agents among Los Angeles’ top brokerages. Nobody knows the Palisades market better than Fran Flanagan.

In addition to real estate, Fran is a wonderful asset to L.A.’s Westside community, where she combines her working life with one of philanthropy, the arts and community involvement.

Fran is a Trustee at Saint John’s Health Center, and serves on the Boards of the Irene Dunne Guild, Saint John’s Health Center Foundation, and California Riviera Homeowners Association. She is Founder of Think Pink for Women’s Wellness, the Saint John’s Health Center’s annual Mother’s Day event. She is a member of the Bel Air Bay Club, the Founders at the Music Center, and the California Art Club.

Highly hands on and closely involved throughout every phase of a transaction, Liz provides steady leadership through what are often major life decisions. Prior to real estate, she spent more than 25 years in entertainment marketing, leading digital initiatives at major studios and earning industry recognition and awards for innovation and storytelling. That experience now informs how properties are positioned, marketed, and presented in a competitive marketplace.

Born and raised in Pacific Palisades, Liz raised her two daughters in the community she has always called home. She and her husband lost their family home of 25 years in the Alphabet Streets during the Palisades fires. That experience deepened her commitment to rebuilding Pacific Palisades and helping bring the community back stronger, while supporting others through the complexities of post fire rebuilding and housing decisions.

From New York to Los Angeles, Michael Commander is a dynamic and accomplished real estate agent with 5+ years of experience in luxury residential sales. Originally hailing from New York, Michael began his real estate career in the Hamptons where he completed $80M+ in sales in his first 5 years. Leveraging his relationships along with his high wealth of knowledge on the area, Michael hit the ground running and established himself as a trusted advisor to his many discerning clients. 

Now, having made Los Angeles his home, Michael has seamlessly transitioned into the Westside real estate scene and joined the Flanagan Jones Group at Compass. Teaming up with FJG, he is applying his years of industry experience to make his next mark on the LA market. 

When he is not with clients, Michael spends his time traveling, playing tennis and trying new culinary hot spots. He believes in mixing work with fun, allowing him to build new relationships and foster existing ones through his many passions. With deep roots and involvement in his community back in New York, Michael was a part of multiple charities and community outreach programs and he is currently joining forces with charities in the Los Angeles area including the It Gets Better Project, focusing on uplifting and supporting LGBQT youth within the community.
